Take YOUR offcuts & end of life products
saveBOARD also provides a product stewardship programme (take back) for our own products rather than create another waste problem.
During construction any off cuts and end of life saveBOARD products can be separated at source into a saveBOARD bulk bag or dropped off at our collection sites. Instead of going to landfill, any saveBOARD waste can be returned to our facility to be shredded and reused in our boards. This enables us to provide a Zero Waste solution to our clients and reuse the boards as feed stock to our plant.
saveBOARD
offCuts
During construction any saveBOARD offcuts can be returned for remanufacture by either stacking on a pallet or collecting in a Bulk bag. The client is responsible for cutting the offcuts up into strips of no more than 300mm by 1200mm.
This is a free service (no gate fee); however, the client is responsible for transport to the saveBOARD factory in Warragamba.
This enables us to provide a Zero Waste solution to our clients and reuse the boards as feed stock to our plant.

End of life
products
saveBOARD also provides End of Life recovery of used boards for reprocessing and recycling into future saveBOARD products. Our view is that all every new building should have a 'building passport' so future generations know what the materials are and where they are located within the building envelope.
Then a building can be deconstructed, materials reused, refurbished, remanufactured or recycled appropriately minimising waste.

Return of
multi-use panels
Our popular multi-use panels are only designed for short to medium term use outside to use as construction aids or site hoardings / temp fencing.

At the end of the project or at signs of wear, please remove any screws or nails as they are removed. The client must cut the sheets into strips of no more than 300mm by 1200mm and can be returned in bulk bags or on non returnable pallets to our factory for reprocessing. This is a free service (no gate fee); however the client is responsible for cutting up the sheets and cost of transport to saveBOARD factory in Warragamba, NSW.

If they are not cut up into 300mm strips the company will be charged for this additional service.
